RETURNS

RETURN PROCESS

Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for return isn't a result of an haonery.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

Important Note: The timeframes above refer to the banking process after we have submitted the refund request. haonery cannot control the speed at which your bank processes or releases these funds. If you have not received your credit after the estimated period, please contact your bank directly.
